If approved Varied CTO under Air Act,1981 applied by the industry may be granted, upto 30.09.2023 subject to suitable conditions and the additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry to monitor the stacks installed by the industry and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
