The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found the industry has neither submitted revenue documents nor submitted land use pattern of the site of the industry. The industry has also not submitted proof regarding date of commencement of the industry and without date of commencement, adequacy of consent fee could not be calculate. So, you are requested to submit the same within two days as the application for consent to operate under Water & Air Act may be considered accordingly. |
