<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is submitted that the industry was issued show cause notice dated 14.11.2022 for refusal of consent to establish under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and same as intimated to the industry, however no reply in the matter has been received till date/after stipulated time period. </span></p>
