<p>It is submitted that the pp has been issued notice u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974, alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the competent authority on 22.11.2022.</p>
<p>As such, the application cannot be processed, till the proceedings of the said hearing are received.</p>
<p>In view of above, online approval may please be accorded for return of application to the pp, with the request to resubmit the application after issuance of the proceedings of the personal hearing.</p> |
