<p>The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. </p>
<p>It is submitted that the pp was granted consent to establish (NOC) for development of 91 plots (364 dwelling units), 17 shops, which was extended upto 25.3.2022. Thereafter, the pp has obtained consents to operate for 28 plots and 17 no. commercial shops, which are valid upto 30.9.2024. Now, the pp has applied for varied consent to operate for 91 plots and17 shops. It is therefore, recommended that varied consent to operate may be granted to PP for 91 plots and 17 upto 30.9.2024 subject to suitable conditions and the additional condition that the PP shall be bound to make adequate pollution control arrangements for the total wastewater / solid waste generated by the PP, please.</p> |
