<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #2b4973;">1.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #2b4973;"> </span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #2b4973;">Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for six months subject to suitable conditions and that it will not operate the additional machinery installed i.e. other than for which it has obtained SAC clearance. Approval to seal the said additional machinery may please be given.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #2b4973;">2. Imposition of EC for the violated period may please be considered at the level of Competent Authority.</span></p>
