<p>Sir, it is submitted that the industry has submitted a written reply stating that the industry has closed its unit. In order to verify the statement of the industry, the industry was visited on 22.11.2022 and it was observed that M/s Majestic Enterprises has cancalled the lease agreement with M/s Sunny Cycles and has removed all its liabilities in the above firm. Presently, the industry is lying closed however the machinery is present at site. As far as M/s Sunny Cycle Limited is concerned, it has valid consent to operate upto 30.06.2024 (copy enclosed). </p>
<p>As M/s Majestic Enterprises has removed all off its holdings, it is recommended that the consent applied by M/s Majestic Enterprises be either refused or returned..</p> |
