<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is intimated that the industry is a small scale green category and has been established in August 2022 without obtaining NOC from the Board. The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under each Act alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry has submitted CLU certificate issued by STP, SAS Nagar vide no. 900 dated 10.08.2022, as such, the site is suitable for establishment of such type of units as per policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry has deposited consent fee @ Rs. 22000/- under each Act and as per CA certificate submitted by the industry the consent fee is adequate upto 31.07.2032. The industry has also deposited NOC regularisation fee of Rs.2200/-.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry was visited by the undersigned on 15.11.2022 and it was found that the industry was not in operation during visit. The industry has installed one mixer and one brick making machine. The industry has not installed any boiler or DG set. The industry is not generating any trade effluent. The industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry has submitted a copy of building plans approved by STP, SAS Nagar.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under each Act upto 31.12.2031 subject to suitable conditions. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p> |
