<p style="text-align: justify;">The site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 21.11.2022 and it was observed as under;-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1.The Industry has installed and commissioned the STP. The STP is under stabilisation.The installed capacity of the STP is around 20 KLD which is adeqate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry is not discharging its effluent into village pond. The development of plantation area of around 27300 sqft. (2536 sq mtrs) is under progress. If the area is fully developed as per karnal technology , then it will be adeqaute to handle the discharge from the STP.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry has submitted that they will submit the action plan for utilising the Rs 10 Lacs from the funds kept under the CSR for the imrovement of the environment around the industry before 30.11.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">keeping in view of the above it is recommended that the short term CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be granted to the industry for One year with usual conditions as per Board's policy and with special condition that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall get analysed its treated effluent samples analysed from the Board within a month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall submit and implement the action plan for utilising the Rs 10 Lacs which is to be reserved under the CSR Head for the imrovement of the environment around the industry as per the decisions of the personal hearing.</p> |
