<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has submitted its reply online which may kindly be perused. The industry has submitted that it will not use any agro-based fuel and only wood powder in small quantities will be used for fire. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the reply submitted by the industry, if approved, Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the brick kiln upto 30/09/2030 subject to suitable conditions, please.</p>
