Complaint regarding acidic fumes has also been received in the office from adjacent industry and destroying their trees.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 62.1pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Now, the industry has again applied for Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with requisite documents. The industry was again visited by the undersigned on 18/11/22 as per the directions of the Competent Authority and it was observed that the industry was not in operation during visit due to market downfall. The industry has now installed Cement sheets partially towards the complainant’s boundary. The industry has now produced the Manifest of JBR, Kohara for lifting of Spent sulphuric acid and has submitted CLU for Industrial Use of land measuring 2.879 acres.</span></p>
