<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In compliance with the decisions of personal hearing, the industry was again visited by the undersigned on 22/11/22 and it was observed that the industry has planted fresh trees in the plantation area and the new plantation area of around 2000 sq. yards is also developed. The industry is maintaining the plantation area and regular cleaning was observed. The ETP was in operation and the treated effluent samples were collected from the outlet of ETP and sent to Zonal Lab, Ludhiana for analysis.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has not removed any machinery and the previous machinery was in operation. However, the discharge generated from the present machinery is within the consented discharge as per the SOP prescribed by the Board as the unit operates in single shift only. The photographs taken during the visit are attached for reference.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The representative of the industry has submitted the Bank guarantee of Rs 1 lac in Regional Office-1, Ludhiana today in compliance with the decisions of the personal hearing of the Board.</p>
