<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved, that varied consent to operate under the Air Act,1981 may be granted for the operation of 91 plots and 17 no. commercial shops up to 30/9/2024 with the special conditions as proposed by E.E, Regional Office, and additional condition may also be proposed that Environmental Engineer, RO shall keep a vigil that total built up area be carried by PP or any different builder, not more than 20,000 sqm as per EIA notification dated 14/9/2006.</span></p>
