<p style="text-align: justify;"> Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by the EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, that varied consent to operate under the water Act, 1974 may be granted for the operation of 91 plots and 17 commercial shops up to 30/9/2024 with the special condition as proposed by E.E, Regional Office, and additional conditions may also be proposed that Environmental Engineer, RO shall keep a vigil that total built-up area is carried by PP or any different builder, not more than 20,000 sqm as per EIA notification dated 14/9/2006 and EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
