<p><span lang="EN-US">Sir earlier the industry was issued show cause notice dated 14.11.2022 for refusal of consent to establish under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and same as intimated to the industry, however no reply in the matter has been received till date/after stipulated time period.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">RO has recommended that </span>NOC application of the project proponent may be refused.</p>
<p>May if approved, CTE/NOC appliation be refused as the PP has failed to reply to SCN within stipulated time period and case is lying pending since long.</p>
