<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The NOC is being issued on basis of undertaking submitted by the project proponent for revised proposal to carry out construction activity having built up area not beyond 20,000 sq mtr.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The promoter company shall properly handle and manage the solid waste as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated into biodegradable and non-biodegradable components. The biodegradable component shall be treated on-site to produce compost, which will be disposed of/reused in an environmentally sound manner and the nonbiodegradable solid waste shall also be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The promoter company shall also ensure that the hazardous waste and e-waste components of the solid waste shall also be segregated and the same shall be channelized to the authorized facility for such type of waste.</p>

Moreover, STP to be installed in the premises of the project to be exclusively used only for treatment of effluent to be generated from the project site.</p>
