CTOW/Fresh/PTA/2021/16485191 dated 24/09/2021 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/PTA/2021/16485158 dated 24/09/2021<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>having validity upto 23/03/2022 for manufacturing of LDPE Recycled Granules @ 750 Kgs/day by using LDPE WASTE @ 800 Kgs/day as raw material under orange category subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein. The electric connection of the industry was also restored upto 23/03/2022 vide ZO office letter no. 5533 dated 29.09.2021.</span></p>

Lalit Kumar, Proprietor was present. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>During visit it was observed as under: - <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Accordingly, the industry has submitted application for renewal of Consent to Operate in this office, but the </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">same<span style="background: white;"> has been returned due to certain observations. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the industry has resubmitted application for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of LDPE Recycle Granules @ 750 Kgs/day, LDPE (Virgin Grade)Tubings used for packaging's of Plastic/Building material @ 300 Kgs/day by using LDPE Waste @ 800 Kgs/day, LDPE Granules Virgin Grade @ 300 Kgs/day as raw material under orange category along with requisite documents. The industry had already deposited fee upto 30.06.2026 under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and the industry has also deposited Rs. 2200.0/- vide Receipt No. 249009072 dated 25.09.2022 under the Water Act, 1974, Rs. 2200.0/- vide Receipt No. 113869887 dated 25.09.2022 under the Air Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2028</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: red;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">against the capital investment of Rs. 8.07 Lacs as on 30.06.2022 as per the latest CA certificate dated 04.07.2022 submitted by the industry. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted application under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 was is being process separately. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted undertaking dated 16.11.2022 in which it was mentioned as under:</span></p>

However, consents has only being granted vide letter dated 24.09.2021 only for LDPE Recycled Granules @ 750 Kgs/day by using LDPE waste @ 800 Kgs/day as raw material. The represntative informed that this product is packaging material and no additional plant & machinery has been installed and only existing machinery is being used for manufacturing of LDPE Recycle Granules @ 750 Kgs/day, LDPE (Virgin Grade)Tubings used for packaging's of Plastic/Building material @ 300 Kgs/day by using LDPE Waste @ 800 Kgs/day, LDPE Granules Virgin Grade @ 300 Kgs/day as raw material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 2.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted analysis report from NOIDA Testing Laboratories, conducted on 07.03.2022 of stack <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">attached</span> with extruder machine. As per analysis report, the various parameters were within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted compliance reports of conditions of the consents earlier granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry was found complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as observed in last three visits carried out by this office to the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; tab-stops: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
