<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that RO has reported that The industry is complying with consent conditions as well as decisions of hearing dated 02/08/2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved varied CTO under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry up to 30.06.2025 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site to monitor the industry, carry out the water Audit, verify the mode of disposal and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</p>
