Clarification Note: The application of the project proponent following observations was observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not submitted latest un-depreciated CA Certificate. 2. The project proponent has not submitted proper proof of date of commissioning and is required to submit PSPCL electricity connection issued to 20 plots for which it has applied for Consent to Operate, so that adequacy of fees can be adjudged. 3. The project proponent has also applied for Consent to Establish of the Board in which it has submitted water balance details and has proposed use treated wastewater after STP for flushing, green area and Karnal Technology. However, in the Consent to Operate applied by the project proponent it has submitted water balance details and has intimated that treated wastewater after STP will be used for green area & Karnal technology. 4. The project proponent needs to submit plot no. details for which it has applied for Consent to Operate of the Board. During earlier visit of the officer of the Board on 18.08.2022 it was observed that 8 plots were occupied & structure work of 9 plots were under progress. 5. The project proponent has also applied for Consent to Establish of the Board in which it has submitted water balance details along with population details and as per which the project proponent has proposed population of 25 persons per industrial plot hence as per which the total population of 20 industrial plots will be 500. However, in the consent to operate applied by the project proponent it has submitted population details and has intimated population of 1400, kindly clarify the reason for difference in methodology of calculation of population and water pollution load in both the application. 6. The project proponent is required to submit status of development of green park area measuring 0.94 acre. 7. The project proponent is required to submit status of permission from PWRDA for ground water abstraction. 8. In the approval of site plan letter issued by Housing & Urban Development Department, PBIP mentioning that the approval is granted subject to the condition that the proposed plots shall be allotted and developed as IT, ITES, ESDM Park purpose only. However, in the application form the project proponent has mentioned that it is developing an IT, ITES & ESDM Park (Non polluting upto orange category) project namely “Metro Park” located at Sector-103, Village-Saneta, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab in 14.40 acres of land. It is requested to re-check the proposal. 9. The project proponent has not intimated methodology adopted for management of bio degradable and non-biodegradable generated from the industrial plots. You are therefore request to submit the reply of the above said observations within 2 days.
