But now, as per the latest C.A. certificate, there has been increase in fixed assets of Rs. 2 lacs on a/c on land and about Rs. 5 lacs on a/c of machinery. However, R.O. has not clarified the details of land and machinery increased by the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed water scrubber as APCD with 3 nos. kettles/burners, however the design of the same has not been submitted by the industry as well as R.O. has not commented upon its adequacy.</p>

Therefore, the industry is required to obtain PLI cover the foremost.</p>
