<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">It is submitted that the HCF was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18827422 dated 30.05.2022 and under Water Act, 1974vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18827445 dated 26.05.2022, both valid upto 31.12.2022 for 30 bedded hospital subjected to the conditions mentioned therein. Now the HCF<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>has applied for grant of renewal of consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974 for 30 bedded facility. The HCF has submitted requisite documents through OCMMS. The HCF has deposited Rs 7000/- vide reference no. S94621577 dated 12.11.2022, and Rs 7000/- vide UTR No. S94621556 dated 12.11.2022 under Water Act, 1974. The consent fee submitted by the HCF is valid upto 30.01.2027 under both Acts. The HCF has installed its own ETP-cum-STP. The HCF has provided 01 D.G set of capacity 125 KVA equipped with canopy. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As such, the HCF is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> Keeping above in view, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the HCF upto 30.09.2026 subject to suitable conditions and specific conditions as under: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">1. The HCF shall submit analysis report of effluent sampling from Board’s Lab/Board’s approved lab within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">2. The HCF shall always meet the general effluent standards as notified under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 21.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">3. The HCF can’t increase the bed capacity without the prior permission of the Board. </span></p> |
