<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent was raised clarification with the request to submit the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter i.e. 1. The detailed filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier consent to operate granted by the Board i.e. Part-D: Technical Information required for consent under Air Act, 1981. 2. The industry has submitted that they have deposited the fee under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry failed to link the above fee with its online application. The industry needs to link the above fee with its online application. 3. As per CA certificate submitted by the industry, there is increase in fixed assets. However, the industry needs to submit detail regarding increase in fixed assets as well as NOC regularization fee. 4. The industry needs to apply authorization under Hazardous & Other Waste (Management& Tran boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 separately. 5. The industry needs to submit site emergency plan approved by the Chief Inspector of Factories, Punjab as per special condition no. 18 of the consent to operate granted by the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent failed to submit reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application be returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same complete in all respects.</p> |
