<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">EE ZO has made observations that as per special condition no. '2' the industry shall submit the designation of land use of the industry as per approved Master Plan of Amritsar. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">RO has replied </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify;">that the industry has already submitted a copy of land use clarificaiton issued by DTP, Amritsar vide no. DTP(A)/AL-20/2138 dated 01/12/2021 falling under the village Bal Kalan, District Amritsar. </span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is</span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"> recommended that t</span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">he consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for further one year </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">as per policy of the Board.</span></p>
