<p>The site of the industry was visited by me and JEE CEE office , today on 23.11.2022. Sh Sumit Udhera, son of the prop was available during the visit. It was observed as under;</p>
<p>1. The record of the water consumption in the process area was checked and it is found that on daily basis the industry is consuming water in the range of 300-900 lt. At the start of the day on 23.11.2022, the water meter reading is mentioned as 782.80 Kl and at the time of visit on 23.11.2022 it was 784.54 Kl. THis shows that the industry has consumed about 1.74 kl of water in about just 3.5 hours, which is much more than the consented dicharge/ agreement made by it. The industry is suspected to be tampering with the record of water consumed in the process.</p>
<p>Issue show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate.</p>
<p>2. The air pollution control device provided to Auto Black was found disconnected and under maintenance. It was informed that the same will be repaired and will be made operational by today evening.</p>
<p>In a separate letter, the Regional Office has already been requested to monitor the air emissions of the industry. Thus, wait for their report.</p>
<p>3. No stock of the Hazardous Waste of category 6.4 was found stored. The representative of the industry informed that this waste is being disposed for landfilling in the adjecent plot which is owned by them.</p>
