<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 18px; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of note of AEE and EE of RO, may if approved, consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 granted to marriage palace may be renewed upto 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and special conditions that: </span></p>

The marriage / resort owner shall ensure the compliance of the mechanism / guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 in true letter and spirit. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">2.
