<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">1. The industry shall not discharge its trade effluent into any Choe/ Nallah/ Sewer in any case.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">2. The industry shall always bound to maintain record of fresh water consumption as well as disposal of untreated effluent to the CETP on daily basis.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">3. The industry shall operate its APCD provided with annealing furnaces and cupola furnaces.</span></p>

The industry shall operate its APCD regularly and efficiently.</span></p> |
