File Note: <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The application has been examined and it was observed as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The PP while obtaining NOC of the Board submitted an undertaking that they will not construct shop no. 65 &amp; 70, to keep the total built up area of the project less than 20,000 sqm.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">No verification of the same has been done during visit to the site of the project.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Further, it has been informed by the Regional Office that the PP has submitted amended approved map in which total built-up area is less than 20,000 sq.mtr., hence, EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 is not applicable, however the approved map dated 29.10.2021 is attached with the application, wherein the total covered area calculation is mentioned as 20,392.50 sq.m., which needs clarification.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The project cost at the time of obtaining NOC was 14.47 Crores and now the same has been reduced to Rs. 9.35 Crores, kindly specify the reason for reduction in the value.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to further conclude the application.</span></p>
