<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 be granted to the industry for six months and case be recommended for temporary restoration of electric connection for further period of six months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-2, Jalandhar shall visit surprisingly to ensure that the industry shall not discharge any untreated effluent into sewer and shall keep strict vigil on it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">If the industry is found discharging its un-treated effluent into sewer or illegally outside the premises of the industry in future, then directions for closure of the unit will be confirmed against the industry without giving any opportunity of hearing/notice. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The proceedings of hearing held on 21.11.22 has been issued to the industry, copy attached.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> It is recommended that co<span style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">nsent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 be granted to the industry for six months and case be recommended for temporary restoration of electric connection for further period of six months.
