Moreover, they have placed an order for the installation of Organic machine convertor from M/s Jyoti Enterprises and copy of the cheque for advance to M/s Jyoti Enterprises has been attached.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="txt style6" style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 0.7em; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Keeping in view of above, if approved, consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to project proponent for one year with suitable conditions.
