DG set with canopy under orange category.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;"> Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents. The </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">ndustry was visited by AEE on 31.10.2022 and reported that the </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">ndustry has installed Braiding machines and other non polluting machining machines,</span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">one D.G set of capacity 30 KVA with canopy</span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">. No other Boiler/furnace is installed. Th</span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">ere is no source of trade effluent generation and only generation of domestic effluent and has made arrangement into</span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px; letter-spacing: 0.45pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -21.2px;">sewer.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of report of RO, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the indsutry upto 30.09.2023 with same conditions,<span style="letter-spacing: 0.05pt;"> </span>please.
