CTOA/Renewal/GRP/2017/5724905 dated 23/06/2017, which was valid upto 30/09/2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; mso-outline-level: 6; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under orange category. The project proponent has submitted various documents, which are enclosed along with the application, which may kindly be pursued.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; mso-outline-level: 6; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has deposited Rs. 16000/- vide UTR No. 000718083823 dated 16/11/2022 consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30/09/2027 including Rs. 500/- as a form downloading fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 37,34,871/- as on 30/09/2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; mso-outline-level: 6; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The PSCST, Chandigarh has certified vide letter no. PSCST/CC/55 dated 07/05/2012 that the industry has installed cupola furnace and air pollution control device having melting capacity less than 3T/hr as per the technology evolved by PSTST, Chandigarh.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; mso-outline-level: 6; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 without visiting the unit in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
