<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">It is submitted that the industry was visited by undersigned on 23/11/22 and it was observed that the cold storage was not in operation during visit due to off season. There is no source of trade effluent or air pollution in the cold storage and the DG Set installed by the brick kiln is with canopy. The domestic effluent is treated through septic tank and used for irrigation purposes in the adjacent land. The cold storage is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
