<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 1.38 crore on 31.03.2022. Earlier, the industry has deposited Rs. 54,500/- vide UTR No. N245210737276063 dated 02.09.2021 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 56,200/- vide UTR No. N245210737276427 dated 02.09.2021 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act. The consent fees submitted by the industry under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is adequate up to 31.03.2029.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted analysis report of the stack emission and the sample collected on 12.11.2022 by M/s Industrial Testing Laboratory & Consulting House and the results are as under:</span></p>

The reading of energy meter was 2 kwh and reading of water meter at the outlet of ETP was 1.08 m3. The industry is maintaining the record of operation ETP. As per record ETP was last operated on 12.11.2022.</span></p>
