The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not attached lease deed in the documents.
2. The unit has now applied for crushing & screening-cum-washing of aggregates; however, earlier, it was granted for screening-cum-washing plant only without any change in CA. Please clarify.
3. The unit is required to submit ambient air analysis report from NABL/Board's approved laboratory.
4. The unit is required to submit the undertaking regarding code of practice for crusher and screening-cum-washing plant.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
