The industry has applied under medium scale instead of large scale.
The compliance report of previous consent to operate is not in order and is required to submit complete compliance report with documentary proofs wherever required.
The industry is requested to submit details of increase in the cost of fixed assets.
The industry is required to submit revised building plan re-approved from competent person as there is huge increase in the cost of building cost.
The industry is required to compliance of SOPs laid down for such types of industries.
The industry has not submitted NOC regularization fee alongwith consent fee for 5 years and penalty fee as per the policy of the Board.
The industry is required to clarify source type and source name of fresh water. Moreover, the industry is required to submit proper water balance of the unit w.r.t. flow and requirement of each section as per meter installed and record maintained.
The industry is requested to recheck its air application for w.r.t. source of air pollution and no. of calcination chamber installed alongwith APCDs provided.
