Respected sir, we have installed 1 no. boiler of capacity 4 TPH. This boiler is taking about 32 KL should be consumed in 8 hours but, since, we have condensate recovery system about 50 % water is reused. Therefore, with 80% efficiency of boiler, 12.5 KLD of steam condensate is reused and 12.5 KL is fresh water makeup and boiler blow down is about 6% of 25 KL i.e. 1.5 KLD.
