<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">It is submitted that the hospital has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for 110 beds.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The hospital has deposited Rs. 130000/- vide UTR No. IBKL220825298491 dated 25/08/2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 10000/- NOC regularization fee &Rs. 120500/- vide UTR No. IBKL220825298903 dated 25/08/2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- application form fee which is adequate upto 30/09/2027.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;">The HCF has submitted completion certificate of ETP installed for capacity of 45 KLD for treatment of waste water being generated from the HCF.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><a name="_GoBack"></a>The Hospital was visited by officer of this office on 23/11/2022 and observed as under:-</p>

The representative was failed to show any outlet of the treated effluent meeting to plantation area, moreover the plantation area has not sufficient trees in it. The representative was failed to show actual disposal point of treated effluent of ETP.</span></p>
