<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted till 30.06.2023 with special conditions as proposed by EERO. An additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1) The HCF will get the layout plan approved from GMADA and submit it to Board during this period. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2) The HCF will provide a water meter at the outlet of ETP, the line leading to the plantation & GMADA sewer & will maintain the record. </span></p>
