<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has now depsotied Rs. 24000/- vide no. </span>N326222216082588 dated 22.11.2022 as water balance consent fee and Rs. 2880/- vide no. N326222216082588 dated 22.11.2022 as penalty fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2027 and Rs. 8400/- vide R. No. N326222216082588 dated 22.11.2022 as NOC regularizaion fee.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Further, the effluent sampling was carried out by the Board's lab on 11.10.2022 and as per analysis results received from the Lab (copy attached), various parameters are found to be within permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">From above, it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974. It is therefore recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. </p> |
