<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In compliance of decisions of hearing taken by CEE Jalandhar on 15.11.2022, RO has reported that the industry was visited by AEE on 21.11.22 and it was observed that the industry is now using tankers for sprinkling of treated effluent in open area for storage of raw material to control dust emissions by movement of heavy vehicles. </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"> Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that the CTO under the Air act,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with usual conditions subjected to the special condition that industry shall not use fresh water for sprinkling in its open area for controlling dust and shall only use treated effluent from the STP.
