| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the industry, it is observed as under:
1) The industry has not submitted allotment letter of the original owner of the plot from PSIEC.
2) As per the proof of date of commissioning submitted by the industry it is required to deposit additional Consent to Operate fees amounting to Rs. 9,066/- in order to make the consent fees under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 valid till 31.12.2023.
You are requested to attend the above clarifications within 2 days.
