You are requested to submit the following details within 02 days.
1. Clarification regarding the increase in the value of fixed assets w.r.t. Land & Building, Plant & Machinery and Other Assets. In case of the expansion of the land & building the industry is required to submit the revised building approved by the Director of Factories, Punjab.
2. NOC regularization fee of Rs. 3,600/-
3. Latest Partnership deed/ Partners regarding authorized signatory.
4. Details of the machinery alongwith its manufacturing company/capacity/liquor ratio.
All documents should be visible/readable and signed by owner/authorized person of the industry with seal.
