CTOA/Varied/SAS/2022/18475400 dated 13/06/2022, both having validity upto 08/12/2022 for manufacturing of Hardened & Tempered HB Drawn Wire @ 228 MT/Year as raw material and Industrial Screw @ 225 MT/Year (without wet process/galvanizing) as products, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein. Further, the machinery related to plating was sealed (Plot no. D-28) by this office to rule out operation of electroplating section, as per directions of the competent authority. Furthermore, the electric connection of the industry (Plot no. D-27) was temporarily restored upto 08.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Industrial Screw and Galvanised Scrrews @ 500 MT/Year as products in Plot no. D-27 & D-28, along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per record file, the previous fee is adequate upto 30.05.2025 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 74.25 lakh on 31.10.2022.</span></p>

Daljit Rajeha, Competent Person of Director of Factories of Punjab dated 28/01/2018; the industry has not submitted any revised building plan after incorporating the entire machinery installed at its adjoining plot no. D-27 & D-28.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Further, the industry has also submitted a copy of the classification of land use issued by the DTP, SAS Nagar vide letter no. 2156 dated 16.11.2022; wherein it has been mentioned that all area in revenue estate of village Bhagwanpura (H.B. No. 199), Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar, falls under ‘FEZ Area’. As such, the site of the industry is suitable.</span></p>
