| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted complete revenue record to ascertain the value of land to calculate NOC fee.
2. The project proponent has not filled any details in the sources of air emission, such as DG set in the application form.
3. The project proponent has not submitted proposal of dual plumbing system to be installed.
4. The project proponent has not submitted proposal for treated waste water to be reused with proper water balance in an annotated form.
5. The project proponent has not submitted hard copy of the approved site plan. However, the site plan attached with online application form is not visible.
6. The built up area is not mentioned in the approved site attached. Further, same is not found earmarked.
7. The plantation area is not found earmarked in the site plan attached.
8. The project proponent is required to submit hard copy of site plan, showing earmarkment of built up area, plantation, roads, STP etc.
As such, it is requested to reply above said observations till Monday so that application may be processed further.
