<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that RO has reported that the industry is complying with the provision of the Water Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted up to 31/12/23 to manufacture thinner only and for the Solvent Recovery Plant in light of the policy of the Board with the special conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board. </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry to verify compliance with orders dated 25.02.2021 passed by the Hon’ble NGT in OA no. 33 of 2013, OA no. 30 of 2013, OA no. 101 of 2020, and OA no. 164 of 2020, to verify the compliance made by industry regarding SOP and verify the compliance of Environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation. </span></p>
