<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt -0.25in; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of the note dated 23.11.2022, if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1971 be granted to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2027 subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> 1. <span style="background: white;">The marriage palace will ensure compliance w.r.t. the guidelines issued for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/ Banquets issued vide Board’s office order no SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dt. 02.02.2021.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> 2. <span style="background: white;">The marriage palace shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> 3. <span style="background: white;">The marriage palace shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> 4. The marriage palace shall ensure the compliance of policy guidelines, building norms (covered area, set back etc.), width of approach road, parking etc. notified by the State Govt. from time to time for marriage palaces.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> 5. The marriage palace shall get its building plan approved afresh from the authorities concerned within one month, in case it make any changes in its building after the approval of earlier approved building plan and shall submit copy of the same to the Board.</span></p>
