Further, the reading at the outlet was found to be 81 KL during visit.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Thereafter, a clarification was raised by EE to the effect that</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;"> When lastly TE sample was collected and results thereof.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The reply given by AEE ,RO was “The industry has installed ETP for treatment of waste water generated from the tank area if any leakages of oil, however, as per record file there is no leakage and no effluent sample has been collected.</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">If there is no leakage as per record then how come the reading at the outlet was 81 KL.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">If approved, RO be asked to clarify the same within two days so that further action in the matter can be taken.</span></p> |
