<p>the application of the industry was scrutinsed and it has been observed as under:</p>
<p>1. the industry has submitted CA certificate mentioning the total value as assets as on MArch 2020, which is not latest. The industry is required to submit latest CA certificate.</p>
<p>2. in the last cto granted to the industry, a special condtion was imposed to the effect that: "The industry may also develop the composting /vermicomposting to manage the biodegradable solid waste". the industry has not submitted compliance of the same.</p>
<p>3. the industry has mentioned details of ETP sludge in soild waste column at s.no. 5 of the application form, which is not in order.</p>
<p>4. the industry has not mentioned details of process emissions, flue gas emission characterstics, in Part D in application form, such as details of rendering plant, boilers etc.</p>

<p>As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage.</p>
<p>It is therefore requested to give online permission to return the application to the industry.</p> |
