The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has submitted the compliance report of the conditions mentioned in latest renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974, whereas, the industry is required to submit the compliance report of all the conditions imposed to it in original consent and its subsequent renewals.
