<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; background: white;">In consideration of the report/ recommendations sent by RO; if approved, </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">the industry may be granted varied consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Cotton Yarn @ 24 T /day to 39 T/day by using Cotton @ 25.8 T/day to 41.80 T/day as raw material, upto 30.09.2026, subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall only discharge only domestic effluent onto land for plantation within its premises, after passing through septic tank. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall keep the plantation area in good conditions, at all times and shall not allow the treated effluent to stagnate there. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The promoter shall not discharge the treated effluent into any drain/ nallah/ river/ choe or outside its premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall not use any unauthorised mode for disposal of effluent.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">11.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry will maintain noise levels outside the room well within the permissible limits as laid down by the Board/CPCB/MoEF&CC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">12.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall ensure that ambient air quality within the processing shed is confirming to the standards laid down by MoEF&CC/CPCB/PPCB, at all the times.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">13.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall ensure that the activities of unit does not create any nuisance in the surrounding areas and no public complaints are received.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">14.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry shall carry out management and handling of solid waste, which is to be generated from the premises of the industrial unit, as per the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">15.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The Consent is being issued to the industry based upon the documents/ information submitted by it alongwith the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 1.0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">16.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.</span></p> |
